Sae Sockets

I am about to purchase a torque wrench, what is the proper socket for a 2007 Pontiac G6 I4 base for the wheels
I would like to do a tire rotation, what socket set should I purchase, the SAE or Metric? Also does it really matter, or are they basically similar enough sizes (my van uses SAE, so I would really like to just purchase the SAE set if possible since each "deep socket" set is ~$90).
Thanks in advance guys
Thank you so much guys for the fast responces I greatly apprechiate it. Is SAE sockets of any use for working around the car besides tire rotation? As maybe I will just buy the metric set and use the mm sockets on the van for now (since the van is a 2000 and burning oil, I plan to replace it with a Silverado within the next two years).
Thanks a ton guys! You answered above and beyond what I needed to know. I am new to this question section of yahoo, is their any way I can "thank" you guys and raise your reputations?
Have a great one buddies! I'm off to Sears to pickup my new metric deep socket set and a Dewalt electric impact wrench
you could get by with SAE, but metric would fit better on the G6. Either 3/4 or 19mm
